Visit our careers section on the website and create a profile. Here you can apply for positions and also to get your information into our database for future positions. We strongly recommend both attaching a resume AND pasting the text into the area provided. Sometimes there are issues with attachments so it’s recommended that you do both. View jobs.

We prefer that you attach a digital link in your application to your blog, website or other service online. This link can be on your resume or pasted into your online application near the top so it’s easy for us to find.

Youtube, Vimeo or any blog or personal website that works with standard video players will do fine. Please make sure your link works before submitting your application. We don’t call to ask for a working link so you may lose out on a great opportunity if your link is not working.

If we have an opening in a department and your reel and background/experience are a suitable match for the position, one of our recruitment staff will contact you. Please set up a profile and apply for any positions you are interested in. We’ll take it from there.

If there is a new position and you have a profile set up it's easy to apply for this by logging back in and applying for the new role. Your information is kept on file. If you have a new reel or new updates on your work experience it's easy to edit your profile with these changes.

We typically have several projects going concurrently. The studio's needs change throughout the year so it’s difficult to pinpoint any specific dates or times of year that we hire. We hire for whatever demands we have at the time.

Generally we require that our artists and employees are Canadian or those who are in Canada with an open work permit. On certain larger productions we may hire senior talent from around the world, however this is a long process that typically takes 3+ months notice to arrange. We may require a valid work permit as a condition of employment. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/work.asp for more details on acquiring permits in Canada.

We offer internships from time to time across different departments. Our internships are generally in cooperation with local colleges and universities. The best way to be in consideration for these positions is to create a profile on our careers page or consult your school’s co-op office if applicable. No phone calls about this please.

We receive many reels and resumes each week. Because of the volume and our busy production schedules, we don’t critique reels for the public. Should you be involved in an interview, you may be asked if you like your reel to be critiqued.

There are many schools available. Some have a focus on specific aspects of CG production whether it’s animation, VFX, games, film. We recommend checking out several programs and seeking references from their graduates. You might also want to investigate what each school’s instructors’ specialties are (i.e. rigging or vfx or animation).

Unfortunately with our busy production schedules and recruiting demands, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to offer you assistance.

We do tours for college groups and media as necessary. If you’re a college coordinator please contact our receptionist to connect to the Recruitment Manager or Training Manager to set up a college tour. We do not hold tours for the public.
